55-hour Yin and Restorative Yoga teacher training

The Elevate Company is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS). Our certified 55-Hour Yin and Restorative Yoga Teacher Training will prepare you to be a yin and restorative instructor. You will learn about how to teach these classes.

In the Elevate training there is a strong emphasis on human anatomy – this will prepare you to be extremely knowledgeable when it comes to alignment, safe sequencing and adjustments, and powerful cueing for your students.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Curriculum:

  • Yoga Application of Anatomy

  • Learn Yin Sequencing

  • Learn Restorative Sequencing

  • Practice Teaching

Structure:

  • 3-week program

  • 2 in-person sessions on Friday nights (April 5th, April 12th)

  • 6 in-person sessions on Saturday/Sunday

  • Asynchronous homework and study
